摘要: Rosai-Dorfman disease is a lymphoproliferative that rarely involves the central nervous system. A 32-year-old patient with an extensive process involving petroclival region, cavernous sinuses, suprasellar anterior cranial fossa, paranasal nasal cavity and spinal cord reported.
