摘要: On [-111] single crystals of Ti-(50.8-51) at.%Ni the aging under stress results in formation one variant Ti 3 Ni 4 particles, after without four variants particles are observed. It has been shown that values shape memory effect and superelasticity at tension depend on number particle their orientation relative to axis. is revealed elastic twinning R-phase connected with convertible reorientation R martensite field external stress.
