摘要: Modern molecular methods are currently growing exponentially, ­enhancing our ability to evaluate the microbiome of animals and interaction complex consortium organisms with host. Current limitations include a lack propagate many types bacteria that might prove be valuable direct-fed microbial resources. Also lacking genomic tools for animal origin probiotics. During past few years, however, an incredible revolution in area evaluating has been initiated advent such as pyrosequencing-based bTEFAP. Metagenomic bioinformatics resources likely continue revolutionize understanding how probiotics interact enhance gut health animals, particularly those economic importance. Future directions whole-community transplants (e.g., fecal bacterial transplant therapy) seem logical step from single microbials especially modern ensuring monitoring safety efficacy now becoming available.
