摘要: The intensity of ascorbate-dependent free radical oxidation endogenous lipids in malignant tumor tissue human kidneys was studied. LPO induction period markedly increased renal-cell carcinoma and mesenchymal tumors compared to normal renal cortex. content alpha-tocopherol cancer considerably (7-fold) that cortex, which explains high antioxidant activity these carcinomas. A less pronounced increase the alpha -tocopherol cortex (2-fold) can also contribute their resistance.
