摘要: Bisphenol A (BPA) is a well-known environmental toxic substance, which exerts unfavorable effects through endocrine disruptor (ER)-dependent and ER-independent mechanisms to threaten ecological systems seriously. BPA may also interact with other factors, such as light heavy metals, have synergetic effect in plants. However, there little data concerning the of on primary producers-plants its possible interaction light-dependent response. Here, germination, fresh weight, tap root length, leaf differentiation were studied Arabidopsis thaliana under different parts spectrum (dark, red, yellow, green, blue, white light). Our results showed that low-dose (1.0, 5.0 µM) caused an increase length lateral formation A. seedlings, while high-dose (10.0, 25.0 show inhibition dose-dependent manner. Unlike karrikins, germination weight roots various conditions are similar, imply has no notable role priming response early seedling growth thaliana. Meanwhile, exposure influences blade significantly manner dark clear red illumination.
