Hard and soft methods for prediction of antioxidants' activity based on the DSC measurements

摘要: Testing of antioxidants' activity in polyolefin is considered. It proposed to substitute the conventional Long Term Heating Aging (LTHA) test for method Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). Values Oxidation Initial Temperature measured by DSC (X data) are calibrated using values Induction Period obtained LTHA tests (data Y). This data further processed applying both soft and hard modeling. The Non-Linear Regression approach with traditional confidence interval estimation. combines Partial Least Squares regression Simple Interval Calculation. We compare results prediction based on same set point out which better various cases.
