摘要: In a series of 18 patients with focal nodular hyperplasia the liver characteristic histological changes were found in lesion 5 receiving female reproductive steroids, e.g, four women taking oral contraceptives for several years, and one man treated synthetic estrogenic compound carcinoma prostate. These lesions contained young, connective tissue septa abundant proliferation bile ducts, piecemeal necroses lymphocytic infiltration. Much less or no activity, was 11 2 men without hormone treatment. Possible mechanisms this activity are discussed, it is proposed that represents congenital malformation, possibly hamartoma, cells which may suffer from enzymatic defects, render them especially vulnerable to sex hormones.
