摘要: Bone metastasis accounts for the vast majority of breast cancer (BC) metastases, and is related to a high rate morbidity mortality. A number seminal studies have uncovered gene expression signatures involved in BC development bone metastasis; each them points at distinct step 'invasion-metastasis cascade'. In this review, we provide most recently discovered functions sets genes that are selected from widely accepted implicate progression metastasis. We propose possible sequential pattern may lead benign primary tumor get aggressiveness progress toward panel which primarily deal with features like DNA replication, survival, proliferation, then, angiogenesis, migration, invasion has been identified. TGF-β, FGF, NFκB, WNT, PI3K, JAK-STAT signaling pathways, as key pathways metastasis, evidently regulated by several all three signatures. Epithelial mesenchymal transition also an important mechanism stem cell generation these genes. This review provides comprehensive insight regarding better understanding disease take treatments.
