摘要: Abstract As an inorganic bone graft, the traditional bioglass 45S5 can offer good bioactivity for osteogenesis. Type I collagen (Col-1) mimic organic components of natural in hybrid materials. Hence, this study, biomimetic materials [CBGM (Collagen Bioactive Glass Morsels), CBGM1, CBGS Strips) and CBGS1] were fabricated using granules high purity Col-1 at a proportion 8.5:1.5. The surface features these observed scanning electron microscopy element energy dispersive spectroscopic (EDS). activity MC3T3-E1 cells, including adhesion, proliferation gene expression, was significantly improved CBGS1 groups compared with group. Additionally, X-ray, micro computed tomography, EDS histomorphology showed that had enhanced osteogenesis degradation 6 12 weeks after implantation rabbit femoral condylar defects 45S5. better than CBGM CBGM1 terms degradability. Consequently, faster rate, are promising graft candidates clinical application.
