摘要: The human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) is the etiological agent of acquired syndrome (AIDS) and related disorders (Barre-Sinoussi et al., 1983; Gallo 1984; Popovic 1984). World Health Organization has recently estimated that 8–10 million people worldwide are infected with HIV-1 this number will rise to 40 by year 2000 (Ksparza 1991). Global projections cumulative total cases AIDS patients time in neighbourhood 15–18 million. development an effective, long-lasting vaccine against represents, therefore, a formidable scientific challenge for international research community its efforts control spread epidemic.
