摘要: This study sought to evaluate professional satisfaction among Italian radiologists and identify what personal characteristics of features their work setting affect job satisfaction. Satisfaction was assessed by using Warr et al.’s 17-item Job Scale (JSS) in 206 radiologists, 108 radiotherapists 34 specialists infectious diseases used as controls. Forty-nine per cent diagnostic reported being satisfied with jobs. The frequency is significantly lower than that found (64%) controls (62%). Middle-aged on rungs the career ladder were more dissatisfied older colleagues top positions. Female less male counterparts regard recognition for good work, amount variety distribution workloads.
