摘要: Radiation damage as well surface effects are two possible limitations of the “in situ” straining experiment in a high voltage electron microscope. The optimum experimental conditions and few approximate criteria to be fulfilled described, using data presently available. In these involved operating microscope, temperature, geometry properties material investigated.
