摘要: Controllable morphology and size of crystal materials prepared by using a supercritical antisolvent (SAS) technique is still challenge. In this study, ultrasound was introduced into the SAS process to produce particles curcumin, model compound. The effects power on particle were investigated in range 0 240 W at three different pressures. observation jet flow indicated could accelerate mixing speed between liquid solution CO2, thus reduced gaseous region local saturation gradient. Mixed polymorphic uniform curcumin produced low high speed, respectively, confirmed scanning electron microscopy. needle- or rod-like particle, irregular lumpy nano spherical generated with increase power, attributed changes degree supersaturation. Therefore, can be potentially applied adjust CO2 antisolvent.
