Flexocaloric Effect in Thin Plates of Barium Titanate and Strontium Titanate

摘要: Based on the Love–Kirchhoff approach, flexoelectric effect in a thin plate of ferroelectric with cubic symmetry is studied. The electric and elastic fields are described within framework Landau–Ginzburg thermodynamic potential. influence inhomogeneity polarization distribution taken into account. obtained values for bending caused by applying field make it possible to calculate dependence changes entropy temperature plates barium titanate strontium (the flexocaloric effect).
