摘要: An apparatus and process for sterilizing substances particularly food products such as spices seasonings which are in a processed or unprocessed condition powdered, granular, flaky, leafy similar conditions, the including means subjecting product while container plastic plastic-like bag, first to subatmospheric thereafter injecting gaseous sterilant at central location whereby diffuses outwardly through toward walls of gradually escaping leaving packaged sealed closed sterilized condition.
