摘要: MicroRNA-155 (miR-155) regulates antibody responses and subsequent B-cell effector functions to exogenous antigens. However, the role of miR-155 in systemic autoimmunity is not known. Using death receptor deficient (Faslpr) lupus-prone mouse, we show here that ablation reduced autoantibody accompanied by a decrease serum IgG but IgM anti-dsDNA antibodies reduction kidney inflammation. MiR-155 deletion Faslpr B cells restored SH2 domain-containing inositol 5′-phosphatase 1 normal levels. In addition, coaggregation Fc γ IIB with miR-155−/−-Faslpr resulted decreased ERK activation, proliferation, production switched compared sufficient cells. Thus, controlling levels 1, part maintains an activation threshold allows respond
