摘要: Abstract The p53 binding protein, termed p53BP2, was identified as a protein interacting with phosphatase 1 (PP1) in the yeast two hybrid system. interaction confirmed by co-immunoprecipitation of p53BP2 epitope-tagged PP1 vitro. p53BP2-PP1 complex stable to NaCl at concentrations which dissociate p53-p53BP2 complex, and mutually exclusive. region required for shown be contained within amino acids 297–431 includes ankyrin repeats. phosphorylase activity inhibited nanomolar concentrations. These results suggest that may involved dephosphorylation regulation through p53BP2.
