摘要: Solubility data for hesperetin in pure solvents and alcohol-rich regions of aqueous mixtures methanol ethanol were used to derive the solute descriptors solubility prediction by using Abraham solvation parameter model. analyzed linear energy relationships approach provide detailed insight into solvent effect. In this regard, terms solute–solvent solvent–solvent interactions defined dipolarity–polarizability, hydrogen bond basicity, acidity Hildebrand parameter. Results indicate that main contribution was from represented cavity term. Preferential analysis performed with help inverse Kirkwood–Buff integrals approach. Local composition preferential calculated as a function mole fraction ethanol. show is preferentially surrounded water water-rich regions, whereas or are preferred other compositions. This observation discussed hydrophobic hydration specific bonding interactions.
