摘要: Phytopathogenic bacteria affect a wide range of crops worldwide and have negative impact in agriculture due to their associated economic losses environmental impacts. Together with other biotic abiotic stress factors, they pose threat global food production. Therefore, understanding bacterial survival strategies is an essential step towards the development new control plant diseases. One mechanism used by survive under conditions formation persister cells. Persisters are small fraction phenotypic variants within isogenic population that exhibits multidrug tolerance without undergoing genetic changes. They dormant cells treatment antimicrobials inactivating metabolic functions disrupted these compounds. thus responsible for recalcitrance many human diseases, same way, thought contribute phytopathogens stresses face environment. It believed may lead reoccurrence disease recovering growth recolonizing host after end stress. However, compared pathogens, little known about phytopathogens, especially regulation. In this review, we describe overall knowledge on regulation focusing ability conditions, recover from dormancy maintain virulence.
