Of participants, 60.2% (468/777) unfamiliar only 53.3% (414/777) ever prescribed nPEP. who worked a specialized infectious disease hospital (vs general hospital, adjusted odds ratio [aOR] 2.49; 95% CI 1.85-3.37), had practiced for 6-10 years 5 or fewer years, aOR 3.28; 2.23-4.80), 11 more 3.75; 2.59-5.45), previously occupational PEP (oPEP, 4.90; 3.29-7.29) significantly positive association However, unfamiliarity (aOR 0.08; 0.05-0.11), believing may promote high-risk behavior 0.53; 0.36-0.77) result drug resistance key populations, self-reported having no written oPEP guideline place 0.35-0.79) negatively behavior. Conclusions: have insufficient inadequate proportion prescribing, which impede scale-up services curb acquisition. implementation tailored training retraining would improve situation.
