摘要: UV-light initiation is now commonly used to induce polymerization of multifunctional monomers. The highly crosslinked networks obtained have a wide variety applications. thermal effects which take place during can be the cause non-homogeneity and defects in final material. These greatly alter physical properties products, particularly optical ones, causes problems design thick optically perfect materials. To better control homogeneity photocured materials determine influence different experimental parameters on them, conversion temperature distribution profiles within material photopolymerization were simulated numerically, using general heat equation applied one-dimensional system. describe true conditions kinetic experiments, some necessary measured, like conversion, reaction rate, spectral irradiance Hg vapor lamp dimethacrylate absorbance. We focused our attention more irradiation wavelength. Indeed, high values absorbance coefficient great decrease light intensity depth lead turn sharp drop conversion.
