摘要: BACKGROUND The litchi fruit borer, Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley, is one of the most destructive pests and longan fruits in south-east Asia southern China, yet molecular biology physiology this pest remain poorly understood. Control insect may be achieved by interfering with its recognition host plants. RESULTS In study, two cDNAs encoding CsGOBP1 CsGOBP2 were identified from antennae C. sinensis, a comparative study on these GOBPs (CsGOBPs) was conducted. The secondary structure CsGOBPs mainly consists six α-helices, but three-dimensional structural predictions indicated significant difference final 3D models. Results real-time PCR assays that had different tissue- sex-dependent expression patterns. A competitive binding assay revealed considerably prefer component exhibited Guiwei or Feizixiao cultivar, while bind to general volatile components nine cultivars. Additionally, ethyl acetate has higher affinities protein than CsGOBP1, remarkable attraction female moths Y-tube olfactometer assays. CONCLUSION These results strongly suggest functional between perception plant odourants. © 2015 Society Chemical Industry
