Formalising ERP Selection Criteria

摘要: We present a proposal for selecting enterprise resource planning (ERP) products from formal description of their relevant characteristics. The work is based on previous and successfull collaboration with midsize company in the field software package selection. An ERP was selected following systematic methodology called SHERPA. In past experience, SHERPA relied natural language descriptions application domain, user needs candidate solutions. show that may be used modeling this translating into requirements products, reflecting how concrete adjust to them. Having selection criteria during acquisition formally modeled as well product descriptions, we expect obtain more reliable understandable results process.
