摘要: A new strategy for the skin delivery of bioactive compounds has been developed, using enzymes involved in maintenance epidermal barrier function and enzymatic transformation corresponding precursors. This tested with regard to two activities barrier: extracellular glucosidase esterase/lipase. An analysis requirements glycosidic bond hydrolysis any glycoconjugate by β-glucocerebrosidase indicates that release moiety linked glucose unit is obtained as long being broken not hindered, leaving group property released good enough. was first applied antioxidant δ-tocopherol. It then extended retinoic acid introducing a spacer between moiety. either such hydroquinone, or structure akin ceramide, namely glycerol. In these conditions, releases complex spacer-active compound cleaved an esterase. One advantages this lies slow compound, extending time its effect most likely tolerance, case acid.
