Comparative study of microstructure, electric properties and conductivity for NiO and PNN modified Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3–PbZrO3–PbTiO3 ceramics

摘要: The comparative studies of NiO and Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3 (PNN) added Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3–PbZrO3–PbTiO3 (PZN–PZT) with the same content level Ni ions have been performed. On basis XRD TEM analysis, it is clear that introduction induces a phase transformation from morphotropic boundary (MPB) to tetragonal side, corresponding grain size increases greatly. In comparison, system PNN addition remains MPB structure, slightly. According analysis temperature dependencies dielectric constant AC conductivity, combined observed evolution trend ferroelectric loops, reasonable deduce two types substitution behaviors coexist in PZN–PZT system. doping Ni2+ can not only substitute for Ti4+, Zr4+ Nb5+ inequivalence replacement, but also Zn2+ equivalence replacement.
