摘要: 1. The results of treatment 117 tuberculous and fourteen other types infection the spine in adults by anterior fusion chemotherapy have been reviewed. 2. It is suggested that justified because: a ) it permits isolation organism, hence determination drug sensitivities appropriate chemotherapy; b removal diseased tissue stabilisation affected segment iliac bone grafts can be effected, leading to rapid healing bony with little further collapse; c rehabilitation patient hastened; d incidence reactivation probably diminished.
