Classifying types of gesture and inferring intent

摘要: In order to infer intent from gesture, a rudimentary classi_cation of types gestures into _ve main classes is introduced. The intended as basis for incorporating the understanding gesture human-robot interaction (HRI). Some requirements operational by robot interacting with humans are also suggested.
