摘要: The aim of this study was to create a new injectable bone graft substitute by combining the features calcium phosphate and bisphosphonate as composite support healing evaluate effect alendronate process in an animal model. In study, 24 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: group control group. A defect created at proximal medial tibia filled with or phosphate. Healing documented fluoroscopy. To potential substitute, harvested 2, 4, 12 weeks after operation. Histomorphological analysis focused on evaluation dynamic parameters using Osteomeasure system. Radiologically, materials equally absorbed. No fracture documented. bones healed normally. After 2 weeks, histological showed increased formation for both materials. osteoid volume per (OV/BV) significantly higher 4 weeks, results almost equal. trabecular thickness (Tb.Th) comparison week 2 groups slight advantage total mass (KEM.Ar) surface density (KEM.Pm) consistently decreasing. 12 weeks, tissue (BV/TV) still constantly growing. Both grafts show good integration. formed grafts. well paste had been enclosed bone. compared first time point. Calcium proved its substitute. Initially, diagrams seem tendency that improves known properties induced constant formation. Not only incorporated but also surface. But we could not prove significant difference between implants their function does sufficiently improved sense graft. used healthy bony environment did influence positive negative way.
