摘要: Abstract A compact, reliable and low cost flow injection chemiluminescence system is described. The consists of a set solenoid micro-pumps that can dispense reproductive micro-volumes solutions. luminometer was based on coiled cell constructed from polyethylene tubing sandwiched between two large area photodiodes. whole equipment costs about US$ 750 weights ca. 3 kg. Equipment performance evaluated by measuring concentrations hydrogen peroxide oxidation luminol for the determination ammonium, its inhibition luminescence provided reaction sodium hypochlorite. Linear responses were achieved within 1.0–80 μmol L −1 H 2 O 0.6–60 μmol L NH 4 + with detection limits estimated as 400 nmol L 60 nmol L at 99.7% confidence level. Coefficients variation 1.0 1.8%, 20 μmol L 15 μmol L ( n = 20), respectively. Reagent consumption 55 μg luminol, effluent volume 950 μL per sampling rate 120 samples hour also achieved.
