摘要: This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of interaction between water and light on growth cell structure in Ulmus pumila L. One-year-old seedlings grown a greenhouse at University Seoul were used this study. subjected three treatments, full sunlight (HI), 30% (MI), 10% (LI) under well watered (WW) stressed (WS) conditions. Following reduction irradiance, thinner leaf thickness could be examined by microscopy. In HI increased due larger palisade spongy parenchyma cells. study suggests that tissue morphological characteristics affected but not
