摘要: Stereotaxic biopsy has been shown to be a reliable means of diagnosing posterior fossa lesions. The authors describe technique for infratentorial transcerebellar stereotaxic access parenchymal lesions using the Brown-Roberts-Wells apparatus in its standard commercial configuration. necessity tissue diagnosis these is briefly discussed.
