摘要: Pyrethroids are synthetic derivatives of natural pyrethrins extracted from Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium. They 2250 times more toxic to insects than vertebrates due insects’ smaller size, lower body temperature and sensitive sodium channels. In particular, three pyrethroid compounds, namely deltamethrin, permethrin, alpha-cypermethrin, commonly used as insecticides recommended for in-home insect control because they considered be relatively non-toxic humans in all stages life. However, recent data show that not completely harmless human health may enter the through skin contact, by inhalation food or water, absorption level depending on type food. Permethrin seems have an adverse effect fertility, immune system, cardiovascular hepatic metabolism well enzymatic activity. Deltamethrin induces inflammation, nephro- hepatotoxicity influences activity antioxidant enzymes tissues. Alpha-cypermethrin impair immunity act increase glucose lipid levels blood. The aim review is provide comprehensive information potential hazards associated exposure permethrin alpha-cypermethrin. results presented studies prove must with great caution.
