摘要: With millions of people reported as being in recovery from substance use disorder (SUD), surprisingly little is known about what helps to sustain and avoid relapse the long run. Healthy SUD habits might contribute maintaining remission over years. In this chapter, we review predictors long-term healthy learned three commonly used approaches that seeking help for are exposed to: 12-step peer-support groups, cognitive-behavioural treatment, mindfulness-based prevention. Our pilot data shows through group participation considered important by individuals SUD. Further, propose establishing sleep exercise aid prevention, even though these not typically treatment.
