摘要: This study uses a qualitative research methodology approach to explore the conflict of interest among coastal resource users and development process in Bagamoyo town. I used understand people recognize their position, experiences views within society which they function as main stakeholders. Case was preferred design for this study. The samples were purposively chosen reflect diversity environmental conditions, socio-economic status opportunities available local communities like fishing farming. total number respondents interviewed thirty-three. narrative stories through in-depth interviews respondents, documented information focus group comprising 10 who did not participate interviews, discuss issues. There have been initiatives from international agencies, governmental, non-governmental organizations sustainable management Tanzania. Special given on impact ICM policies environment livelihood rural Additionally, analysed conflicts tourism these (Bagamoyo town). The findings revealed that majority do benefit adequately rich resources community. suggested good policy prescriptions order increase recognition role communities, transparency accountability resources. Also, my suggest solutions would clearly define responsibility, authority, capacity provides enabling conditions be part endeavor.
