摘要: Functional SrTiO3 nanoparticles activated with a broad concentration range of Tm3+ and Yb3+ ions were obtained utilizing the citric route. The effect sintering temperature optically active co-dopant on structural up-conversion emission properties was studied by using XRD (X-ray powder diffraction) spectroscopic techniques (emission, power dependence, kinetics). particle size verified TEM technique being in 20–90 nm depending annealing temperature. It shown that cross-relaxations contribute to depopulation both 1G4 3H4 levels, whereas some them populate level. These processes are strongly dependent responsible for specific interplay between blue NIR emissions. Extraordinary short decays recorded due relatively high concentrations rare earths, features host matrix, extended surface area contribution non-radiative processes. cytotoxic activity J774.E murine macrophages U2OS human osteosarcoma cells assessed showing SrTiO3:Tm3+/Yb3+ biocompatible can be potentially used further bio-related applications such as implant layers or injectable medical cement ingredients.
