摘要: Food security faces many multifaceted challenges, with effects ranging far beyond the sectors of agriculture and food science involving all multiscale components sustainability. This paper puts forward our point view about more sustainable responsible approaches to production research underlying importance knowledge social innovation in agroecological practices. Increased demand for worldwide diversification choices would suggest adoption highly productive, but low-resilient unsustainable models. However, new perspectives are possible. These include revitalization valorization family-based traditional promotion diversified farming systems as a economic basis foster social-ecological conversion. Additionally, they encompass forecasting Participatory Guarantee Systems (PGS) drafting agenda sovereignty. Thanks desk analysis, study describes discusses these perspectives, their trajectories action implications. The results need adopt inclusive systemic approach described problems, solutions require responsibility within decision makers, professionals consumers. appears essential reading, analyzing understanding complex ecological-functional, relations that characterize systems, well mobilizing local communities.
