In this sense, it necessary evaluate technological trends advances that will change landscape processing industry, highlighting latest for equipment functionality. particular, crucial influence sustainable green biotechnology-based technologies consolidate future, today, must be done analyzing mega-consumption shape future which range from local sourcing on-the-go food, an increase organic foods clean labels (understanding ingredients on labels).
