摘要: Twenty patients with cardiac rupture were compared suitable control groups. In each ruptured heart there was an acute coronary artery occlusion and a recent, transmural myocardial infarction which unprotected at the site of by scar or anastomotic circulation. Clinically, usually occurred during first two weeks in hypertensive patient no previous history old congestive failure; persisting hypertension excessive effort preceded rupture. The role increased intraventricular pressure pathogenesis has therapeutic implications.
