摘要: Using two bread wheat (Triticum aestivum) and durum durum) cultivars differing in zinc (Zn) efficiency, uptake translocation of foliar-applied 65Zn were studied to characterize the role Zn nutritional status plants on extent phloem mobility determine relationship between efficiency used cultivars. Irrespective leaf age plants, all showed similar rates with application 65ZnSO4 strips a short-term experiment. Also supply by immersing tip (3 cm) oldest intact no differences observed among within both species. Further, did not affect total foliar applied Zn. However, Zn-deficient translocated more from treated roots remainder parts shoots. In about 40% absorbed was shoots 8 days while Zn-sufficient proportion 25%. Although existed distribution Bread wheats compared wheats, tended accumulate less roots, particularly under conditions. The results indicate that expression are related or plants. Differential compartementation at cellular levels is discussed as possible factor determining genotypic variation wheat.
