摘要: We formulate the in-medium similarity renormalization group (IM-SRG) for open-shell nuclei using a multireference formalism based on generalized Wick theorem introduced in quantum chemistry. The resulting IM-SRG (MR-IM-SRG) is used to perform first ab initio study of all even oxygen isotopes with chiral nucleon-nucleon and three-nucleon interactions, from proton neutron drip lines. obtain an excellent reproduction experimental ground-state energies quantified uncertainties, which validated by results importance-truncated no-core shell model coupled cluster method. agreement between conceptually different many-body approaches experiment highlights predictive power current two- establishes MR-IM-SRG as promising new tool calculations medium-mass far closures.
