摘要: The SMT protocol, a sediment phosphorus fractionation method harmonised and validated in the frame of standards, measurements testing (SMT) programme (European Commission), establishes five fractions according to their extractability. determination phosphate extracted is carried out spectrophotometrically. This protocol has been applied 11 sediments different origin characteristics each fraction was determined not only by UV-Vis spectrophotometry, but also inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry. use these two techniques allowed differentiation between that present extracts as soluble reactive total phosphorus. From comparison data obtained with both shortened screening method, for quick evaluation magnitude importance given proposed using certified reference materials.
