摘要: Treatment of Neurenteric Cysts: Case Series and Review the Literature. Spinal neurenteric cysts are rare, congenital lesions. Therefore, therapeutic approaches outcome usually described in case reports or small series. Expert knowledge an analysis literature from 1928 until 2013 show that become symptomatic during fi rst 2 decades life. Leading symptoms back pain signs myelopathy. In MRI, cyst presents as a space-occupying lesion, intradural, extramedullary, ventral to cervical spinal cord, hypo-intense T1 hyper-intense T2-weighted images without contrast enhancement wall. Symptomatic should be subjected complete resection. Occasionally, only partial resection can achieved due strong adherence medulla. Nevertheless, 90 % surgically treated patients showed regression symptoms. Local recurrence is rare (10 all cases) with being main risk factor. Best post-operative found young acute subacute clinical early surgical treatment. J Neurol Neurochir Psychiatr 2014; 15 (3): 137–46.
