摘要: Treatment of Neurenteric Cysts: Case Series and Review the Literature. Spinal neurenteric cysts are rare, congenital lesions. Therefore, therapeutic approaches outcome usually described in case reports or small series. In MRI, cyst presents as a space-occupying lesion, intradural, extramedullary, ventral to cervical spinal cord, hypo-intense T1 hyper-intense T2-weighted images without contrast enhancement wall. Symptomatic should be subjected complete resection. Occasionally, only partial resection can achieved due strong adherence medulla. Nevertheless, 90 % surgically treated patients showed regression symptoms. Local recurrence is rare (10 all cases) with being main risk factor.
