摘要: Hybridization is an important area of investigation for biosensors. This chapter provides different examples where hybridization involved in the binding and dissociation (if applicable) analytes on biosensor surfaces a discussion use fractal analysis to analyze kinetics those examples. The analyzed include following: locked nucleic acid–based biosensors surface interaction studies development, real-time monitoring activity T4 polynucleotide kinase (PNK) by singly labeled DNA-hairpin smart probe coupled with l exonuclease cleavage, competitive kinetic model acid presence point mutants, enhancement DNA immobilization gold electrode modified nanogold electrodes, sequential injection system sandwich hybridization-based detection acids, fluorescence-based array biosensor, electrochemical 17-β estradiol using aptamer immobilized chip, plasmon resonance study cooperative interactions estrogen receptor α transcriptional factor Sp1 composite elements, ultrasensitive optical based molecular beacon (MB) bridge structure. Advantages method that dimension quantitative measure degree heterogeneity surface, it helps link rate coefficients.
