摘要: A cyclic olefin addition copolymer includes a structural unit (1) derived from compound with C4 alkyl substituent group and (2) C5-12 group, optionally (3) another compound. The novel copolymers according to the present invention are excellent in melt-formability, transparency heat resistance, have low water absorption properties, dielectric constant metal content, suitably used optical parts such as films. Processes produce at high yield small amounts of catalysts.
