摘要: We present the fabrication and mechanical properties of thin collagen networks self-assembled in a suspended configuration over micropost arrays. These “canopies” were formed on arrays microposts made PDMS, silicon, vertically aligned carbon nanotubes (CNT). reversibly loaded canopy to an in-plane stress 32 MPa. found that human dermal fibroblasts (HDFb) proliferate substrates for up 7 days. This versatile method extracellular matrix (ECM) films may enable development new assays probe cell–ECM interactions, along with integration microelectronic probes.
