Mononuclear indolyldithiocarbamates of SnCl4 and R2SnCl2: Spectroscopic, thermal characterizations and cytotoxicity assays in vitro

摘要: Abstract Several mononuclear Sn compounds ranging from mono to tetrakisindoline dithiocarbamates have been synthesized and characterized. Various spectroscopic techniques in combination with microanalytical data lead the formation of 1:2 1:4 (Sn:Naindtc) type complexes depending on molar ratio sodium salt indolinedithiocarbamate employed. A symmetrical bidentate coordination has observed all cases as evident by a single sharp band at 1000 cm−1 their IR spectra. The were found adopt an octahedral arrangement around atom 119Sn NMR data. TGA/DSC profile ligand exhibits two-stage thermogram while decompose three steps leading tin-sulfide eventual end product. vitro cytotoxicity butyl phenyl analogues studied against standard human tumor cell lines. also screened for antifungal antibacterial activity E. coli, S. aureus, C. albicans A. flavus. results indicated be active.
