摘要: Growth of zinc oxide nanorods with controlled defect densities was achieved in a low-temperature electrochemical process. The concentration the defects found to play an important role exciton emission ZnO nanorods, leading shifts peak position and changes spectral shape band edge at room temperature. A high suppressed both free bound emissions, likely resulting from scattering by defects. This investigation indicates that can be tuned control density, which is for optoelectronic applications require well-defined emission.
