摘要: Lymphoma is the most frequently diagnosed cancer of canine haematopoietic system. In this study, flow cytometry and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis were used to characterize a series lymphomas in detail. The aim study was determine incidence B- T-cell high-grade their immunophenotypic characterization Lower Silesia, Poland. results show that frequency each type lymphoma 71% for B-cell 17% lymphomas. two cases PCR techniques confirmed presence simultaneous double gene rearrangements BCR TCR receptors.
