摘要: This chapter provides an overview of the aims, principles, and limitations different types modeling used for fluidized bed combustion (FBC) systems with a focus on macroscopic modeling, which is currently considered most suitable approach FBC units industrial scale. Sub-models regions characterizing are described, emphasis critical in-furnace phenomena. Guidelines examples given how sub-models can be linked into comprehensive process model units.
