摘要: Aims:  This study aimed to establish the screening performance and optimal cut-off points for Japanese version of Kessler (K)6, K10 Depression Suicide Screen (DSS). Methods:  A self-report questionnaire including K6, DSS, as well Center Epidemiologic Studies – Scale (CES-D), was administered a random sample community residents in Japan (non-cases, n = 147) psychiatric outpatients diagnosed with mood or anxiety disorders according DSM-IV (cases, n = 17). receiver–operator characteristics (ROC) curve drawn estimate area under (AUC), sensitivity, specificity K10, which were then compared those CES-D. The also asked rate each measure on scale from ‘very easy’ hard’ use. Results:  K6 showed high AUC (0.93–0.94), comparable that CES-D (0.95), but DSS significantly smaller (0.89) than (P < 0.05). estimated 4/5 9/10 1/2 DSS. sensitivity these three scales similar, lower other two. rated being ‘easy use’ more (P < 0.01). Conclusion:  versions CES-D, better DDS. K6/K10, particularly might have an advantage, even over because its similar acceptability.
